Scent of festivity at Enjoy

Christmas is just around the corner and at the Enjoy Garda Hotel you can feel the festivity, starting from the scent of biscuits in the air that always gives a smile to all our guests.

The creator of these delicacies is Elvira, who always tries to bring something good to the table. And – judging by the compliments she receives – she always succeeds.

The lobby, bar and common rooms have all been carefully decorated and our tree stands proudly, trying to steal the attention of our amused customers. Everything here has become more cheerful and our chef Ricardo is looking forward to making the most of New Year’s Eve dinner: he has already studied the menu and hopes to start the New Year in the best possible way.

A sparkling New Year’s Eve on Lake Garda

The programme is ready: those who decide to spend the last day of the year with us can expect only one thing: the best.
We have thought of both adults and children, so that everyone can have a carefree time and spend a relaxing evening doing what they love best.

Adults will be able to enjoy live music, taste delicious dishes and toast to the New Year with sparkling wine and a traditional plate of lentils and steaming cotechino. They can only think about having fun, without any worries, because we take care of the children.
The little ones will be delighted with their menu, as they will be able to eat the delicious dishes the chef has designed especially for them.
Once the dinner is over they can spend the rest of the evening with an entertainer from our staff. It will be a great opportunity for them to socialise with other children, while in a special room they will be able to let off steam with the baby dance, play different games and have fun with “child make-up”.

Peschiera and the surrounding area: many opportunities for fun

December is not just about New Year’s Eve dinner. This month is the ideal time to spend a holiday here: Peschiera is festively decorated; the shop windows are overflowing with typical products and gift ideas to take home.

And that’s not all: until 9 January, the Christmas markets offer not only traditional stalls but also an ice rink and a children’s train for the little ones.

Those who love nativity scenes will be happy to know that with a short walk you can reach the point where Lake Garda joins the river Mincio, to admire our famous underwater nativity scene. It was made more than forty years ago to honour Lake Garda and has been repeated ever since, with its 26 man-sized metal figures painted with a special paint that reflects light and allows them to be observed from above.
There is no hurry to see the baby Jesus: you have to wait until Christmas Eve, as in the best traditions.

Gardaland – just over a kilometre from us – has also put on the festive dress, it offers Christmas shows, musicals, many attractions and an enchanted landscape full of lights and decorations. In the background are the most popular Christmas songs, sung live by a group of musicians.

And it is precisely this festive and enchanting atmosphere, that pushes many of our clients to take advantage of the Gardaland Magic Winter offer.
