One of the things we love most is to let our guests taste the specialities of Italian cuisine, prepared with local products, to bring to the table the freshest and best flavours that the whole world celebrates. We like to vary the menu of our Enjoy Restaurant following the rhythm of the seasons, in order to offer every day genuine quality food, nutritious and rich in taste. In particular, our Chef Ricardo is always on the lookout for typical regional products that will enhance his cuisine and at the same time respect the nature.

A unique dining experience, from appetizer to dessert

With the arrival of summer, we have come up with a new menu that reflects the intimate atmosphere of the Enjoy and the freshness of this wonderful season, where everything on the plate is prepared with love in our kitchen. Such as homemade pasta every day, with fresh eggs, buckwheat or wholemeal, without neglecting the needs of celiac guests. One of our strengths, in fact, is being able to satisfy the needs of all palates, even those of children with simple but very tasty dishes dedicated to them.

Whether you are a fish, meat or vegetable lover, you will always find a dish on our new menu that will delight you. Among our appetizers, for example, you can choose grilled octopus on summer salad, beef carpaccio marinated with spices with grain flakes, or the fragrant bruschetta of Apulian bread with eggplant cream and fresh cherry tomatoes.

If your mouth is already watering, wait until you know what we have in store for you in our selection of first courses:
Homemade durum-wheat-semolina pasta with shrimps, cirio and zucchini filangé, egg tagliatelle, asparagus tips, pesto and rosemary sausage homemade buckwheat sedanini with fennel sauce, taggiasche olives and thyme. And to finish the inevitable soup of the day.

Among the main courses, here are some proposals that will surprise you: morsels of anglerfish with orange, velvety broad bean soup and crispy black bread, fillet of pork on pan-seared spinach and rosemary potato, and courgette pie on cream cheese and turmeric. For warmer days, our chef’s salad with grilled chicken breast or boiled eggs and tuna is simply perfect.

How better to end an excellent dinner than with an unforgettable dessert? Taste biscuits-tower-cake, the chantilly cream with berries, choose the classic house tiramisu or let yourself be tempted by the 60% dark chocolate cake with strawberry cream. Something simpler? It never fails: a cup of mixed ice cream or a fresh fruit salad is just right for you.

A very important thing that we would like to let you know is that, when Chef Ricardo creates a new menu, he always relies on local wineries, such as Corte Quaiara or Agricola Conati, to choose the best wines for his dishes.
